Do you wonder what boss jokes are? In today’s corporate world, we always talk about conflict between companies. What we don’t talk about is the conflict within a company – the clash of egos between a boss and his employees!   Bosses are always complaining about the inabilities of the employees, unprofessional conduct, lazy and incompetent nature. The employees, on the other hand are fed up of serving as the boss’ punching bags. This pent up frustration has given rise to many boss jokes, which afford the underdogs a chance to vent out their frustration and get a good laugh within their hectic work schedule.
