How to be a hero

An expert on the treatment and care of individuals who require rehabilitation and treatment for drug addictions has recently suggested that all of the facilities that offer such treatment to people in Vietnam should be closed down because the facilities do not offer the proper type of treatment options to people who have a drug addiction and that instead of getting treatment to end an addiction like the treatment that would be received within a Bay Area drug abuse facility that people are instead made to feel and behave like inmates where they are treated like criminals and are not given a proper treatment program.
